I’ve been working in outpatient therapy for over 20 years, and it’s truly my passion to make sure every patient feels cared for and supported. Whether I’m keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes or helping patients directly, I love connecting with people. I believe in treating everyone with compassion, kindness, and a good laugh whenever possible!

Hi, I’m Pallavi Sooda! I completed my Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy at Rajiv Gandhi University in India and my Master’s at Loma Linda University, CA. With over a decade of experience in both SNF and outpatient settings, I’ve been proud to be part of the True Care Physical Therapy team since 2019.

For me, every patient quickly becomes like family, and the bonds we build through their recovery journey mean everything. Seeing their progress is incredibly rewarding and inspires me to provide the best care possible.

Hello! I’m Bhakti Sooda. I graduated as Valedictorian from Mangalore University’s Physical Therapy program in India in 1998 and have been practicing in the U.S. since 2000, mostly in outpatient physical therapy. After years as a clinician, I proudly became a female entrepreneur on November 1, 2018, when I opened True Care Physical Therapy.

The name “True Care” reflects my commitment to providing genuine, personalized care to everyone who walks through our doors. My favorite part of the job is working one-on-one with patients, creating tailored care plans that encourage their active participation and help them achieve their full potential.

Hey there, I’m Damian — a proud Cotton Picker from Robstown, TX! My journey in physical therapy began in 2017 as a PT tech. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a Pre-Physical Therapy focus from Texas A&M University–Kingsville in 2016, and became a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant through Del Mar College in 2020. I’m passionate about continuously building my skills to deliver the highest quality care to every patient I serve.

Hi, I’m Arissa! I am the receptionist here at True Care Physical Therapy. A Corpus Christi native, I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from TAMUCC (Cum Laude). I have worked in outpatient physical therapy since 2019. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is seeing patients progress in their therapy journey. From scheduling, to billing, and everything in between, I strive to help our patients therapy journey go as smoothly as possible. When I’m not at work, you can find me enjoying the outdoors—whether it’s spending time at the ranch, relaxing at the beach, or sipping on a refreshing iced coffee with my Weenie dog Willie!

Both made sure  that my treatment was done as my surgeon ordered.  They made sure that it was right for me!  Now, feel great and am able to move freely without any complications! This was my first experience with PT but Bhakti Sooda put me at ease with her thorough consultation. PT Pallavi was very knowledgeable about my back pain and sciatica. She worked magic! I had no pain at the end of my sessions! She and Ms. Sooda genuinely care about their patients. I was even given a video with exercises to do at home. Everybody was friendly and attentive and the facilities were very clean. I definitely recommend True Care to anyone who wants good care. Other facilities overbook and are very crowded.
